About Me

Sawasdee Ka! My name is Pimphaporn (Venice) Chonviriyabun.
I am currently a student at Ruamrudee International School Class of 2026 based in Bangkok, Thailand. As a student leader, advocate, inventor, athlete, sister and friend, I thrive at the intersection of innovation and service - having won international innovation awards for my 3Sane cane, leading Student Council and Athletics Council as President for both, advocating for road-safety through Safe Stripes, and working with the Thai Royal Police (CIB) to provide cyber-safety education. Looking ahead, I aspire to study Economics to explore how policy and markets can drive sustainable, inclusive growth.

Inventor
Smart Finger Fruit: AI-Powered Ripeness Glove
Frustrated by the number of unripe avocados in our kitchen, my sister and I developed Smart Finger Fruit, an AI-powered glove that uses flexible pressure sensors embedded in the fingertips to measure fruit firmness—a key indicator of ripeness. The glove transmits tactile data to a microcontroller running a machine learning model trained on avocado ripeness profiles. Users receive immediate feedback via a color-coded LED system (green = ripe, yellow = nearly ripe, red = unripe), helping them choose perfectly ripe produce every time. This innovation combined our everyday problem-solving mindset with emerging technology to make a practical, user-friendly solution.

Invited Panelist

Invited panelist on July 16, 2025, at ICT 2025, a global initiative by the ITU (International Telecommunication Union) promoting gender equity in STEM.
